My wipes came in dispensers that were not factory sealed and closed with clear tape as shown. This leads me to think it's either a reusable container that someone put back liquid and wipes in and sealed with tape, or the wipes were confined after shipping from the factory. In any case I don't feel like I can trust these wipes as I don't know why they weren't factory sealed and I don't know what was done to them after they were opened. Therefore I will not use these wipes. One positive thing I would say is that the liquid smells like my previous (factory sealed) pack of tissues. I just don't trust a cleaner that appears to have been opened after leaving the factory, god knows what was done to it while it was being opened and then resealed.
