We bought two devices for a great price using a coupon. ($150 each) One of the devices had a known issue with buttons not working. I severely disconnected the bus connector during shipping, opened it up, and found that was indeed the cause. Also, I noticed that the same block hums during passages in a particular song; I think one of the speakers is badly installed, we'll check it. On the plus side, it sounds great, even more so considering the price. Powerful bass, but not overwhelming. I like it better than the Beoplay I used to have or my friends Bose, Sony, Marshall which tend to be more expensive. My Vifa Helsinki sounds more detailed, but again much more expensive and the bass is not the same. Imagine low volumes like this T10. So, nice great sounding speaker, but beware you don't get a lemon.
