I like that they work with our team, not just their own people as well (since we're also using them for other things).

We have been able solve some issues around data quality but still working through it all together - nothing earth shattering here! If you care about your customers having great customer service then this is one agency worth looking at closely- even if there aren't any immediate benefits from doing so now or moving forward right away :) They've helped us improve processes internally too which has made life easier overall when dealing witheir services externally via contract management etc.- again no big wins yet either time will tell though!! Just make sure its clear what scope/expectations were set up before signing off contracts / starting projects with these guys ;-) Data cleansing was something important where both parties worked towards improving how accurate internal systems could be compared.
