Review on PER4M Speed Ladder: 🏃 Boost Your Speed and Agility Training by Ines Jones

I would love to give 4.5 stars but I can't give half so I'm rounding down. I love this ladder. The ONLY downside I noticed was that I wanted it to have 5 or 6 bets instead of 4 to keep it completely flat. It's well made and the bars are well spaced. The bag is spacious for him and everything folds easily. The stakes go into the ground easily without tools (if it's not too hard). You can use your hands if the ground is soft enough or your foot to set the stakes. This 15 foot ladder is the perfect length for me. 30 minutes would be too long. They came in a huge box, but it's okay. Really great little ladder and I can do a lot of exercises with it. It comes with a little guide and an exercise booklet, but I can think of a lot of exercises without.
