Only the second item I have ever ordered was completely different than what I thought it would be. At first it was very difficult to untie his little knots that kept him in line. Second, there were no instructions on how to set it up. Third, when he was finally freed from his lines, he was long and completely unsteady. It tipped over and there were no instructions on how to stabilize it with the folded poles that came with it. Fourth, the thing was DARK. I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered this and thought I would love it. Total claustrophobia. In addition, "grave like". I couldn't wait to pick it up and carry it out the door. And it wasn't an easy task either. I had to ask a neighbor to help me put it back in the box and then practically sit on it to tape the box shut. The whole unpacking and repacking was downright creepy.
