If you scroll down for more product information they have attached a picture how the bios for 5000 series processors above USB port and Flashback button is updated, but this specific model does NOT have this capability. This was very misleading and I wasted my time. I had everything set up and ready to upgrade, and what do you know? There is no way to update the motherboard for my 5000 series processor. In order to be compatible with Ryzen 5000, you must have a previous compatible 3000 series on hand to update the BIOS.
