These things are HUGE!
My first suggestion: This company needs to make a few smaller sizes for women's hats or even tank tops. They work best on men's shirts or anything with long sleeves. They are absolutely not suitable for women's shirts, which usually have shorter and narrower sleeves. It can be difficult to get them not to stick out of the sleeves while not going too low, which can feel like cardboard. I cut them off, it helps a little. To be honest, you can get the same effect by simply tucking panty liners into your sleeves and trimming them. They are also not very absorbent. Just buy panty liners, you'll save money, and it's the same thing, only better suited.
