The simplicity of building an algorithm for trading, I like that it's easy enough even with no programming experience or knowledge about algorithms. It also has great documentation which makes understanding difficult things easier. There are some minor bugs/glitches but nothing major so far. Would definitely recommend this platform as there isn't much out there if you want something simple yet powerful. Building my first algorithmic trader using tradeton tech was relatively straightforward compared to similar platforms such as quanlitybot etc. I am able to get up and running quickly while still having flexibility over what kind of data sources i use within the application itself. This gives me more control than just relying on market feeds provided by others who have done all the hard work. Having access to historical prices from different exchanges helps give better performance when implementing new ideas into our system. Also being easily accessible via API means we can pull information directly form third party apps at any time rather then waiting around until they.
