I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use this app without any training from an instructor/trainer at your facility! It also has many different exercises you could do with various weights which allows me as someone who does not have much time but wants some physical activity during my day - i get out about 30 minutes every other workday by doing pushups while working through emails etc haha :) Great way too stay fit when there isn't classes available around where we live :).
There really aren’t anything bad things yet either since everything seems pretty good except maybe having more people using data track would be nice if they were able to add new workouts easily instead just adding them one-byone manually? Maybe make workout plans easier than what its currently showing us right now because sometimes finding something thats similar will take forever especially after creating our own plan. We're trying find ways everyday how best utilize technology such as apps & websites within gyms / facilities across.
