The ear piece is great - perfect for what I was looking for. Back problems. they cannot be applied from behind (screwdriver), so do not want to be removed when tightening. I've already lost one of the backs and used a regular back instead - I got it 3 days ago. Either attach the backs to a different type of screwdriver (they make them look like regular bullet suction backs) or put in more backs as they are disposable.
