Excellent children's boots in my review
The bottom of the boot is waterproof. I have two pairs for my two children and both have played in the snow. If you tie them tight and don't use laces to pull them out, they can hold water. Fluffy and soft inside. My kids love them. True to size and great quality for the price!

Pros
- They work very well for my 4 year old son. They keep your feet warm and dry. Warms not only on the leg, but also on the inside.
Cons
- I would order one size up especially if you want your child to wear thicker socks. This shoe runs small.
