I've only had this coffee machine for a few days, but I was quickly impressed. It is well made (made in Italy) and well designed. It's small and cool looking, pour 10oz of water through the filter opening which tapers nicely for water, insert the pod and wait about 2 minutes for a nice clean hot coffee. I'm tired of the Keruig water tank that smells like mold no matter how many times you wash it. It doesn't use the reservoir I wanted. Another thing that impressed me is that this is the second coffee maker I've tried, the first by a different manufacturer was made in China and the plastic had a strong odor that persisted even after numerous cleaning cycles and multiple brews Funny taste left in our coffee. . Mixpresso doesn't even recommend clean water rinse cycles, but I've run a few anyway, I haven't noticed any bad smell. It was impressive. Reliability. No idea, but the functionality and the design are great for a cheap coffee machine.
