Perfect for my office. Very compact but with a long power cord (I needed this as we can't use extension cords). It doesn't fit in a travel mug, but standard coffee mugs fill up perfectly. I love HOT coffee and the water temperature wasn't an issue. I use San Francisco Bay coffee pods (not "standard" K-Cups) and they work great.

This is so great for a cup of coffee. Not for a family, but for an occasional mug. Works great, very compact, bought it to take to the hospital for my husband's room, used it too damn. Makes good hot coffee, 10oz size, it was just perfect. It takes a little longer than others like Keurig BUT you pour the water on demand so it should heat up, not a problem for me. I could wait a minute longer.

I have a health issue that is making my hands weak and I can't handle the large pot I have. I was told about K cup coffee pots and found this model. This device takes up very little space on my desk. Made a few cups of coffee today after getting the machine and so far it has worked great and the coffee was very hot when brewed. For an inexpensive little coffee maker, Mixpresso makes great coffee in a cup! Because if it's this size, it's perfect for travel. As with some of the other reviews I found the coffee maker spits out hot water from the top when brewing coffee. I'm definitely not overflowing the device; I carefully measured out 10, then 8, then 6 ounces of water. The lid seems to need some sort of gasket to keep hot water from spilling out from the top.
