This is like bitcoin mining, but way more decentralized! I enjoy that it's not just one entity controlling everything; we all work together for our goals to succeed in this space as an industry instead of fighting each other over who has better technology or service than others. The biggest challenge with these things (especially with something so new) are finding mentors/teachers when you have no prior experience which can be difficult at first especially if you're looking into crypto from non-tech backgrounds. Also getting people outside your network involved in contributing ideas and opinions to help create solutions faster. As mentioned earlier though, there is still some learning curve associated with blockchain techs because they aren't used everyday by many yet - hence why i'm doing what i do now where my focus is helping educate users about how to best use them. This helps reduce technical barriers since most consumers don.
