This is a very good passport cover that blocks RFID signals very well. I tested this with an electronic signal meter and it scatters the signal in a way that is almost impossible to detect beyond 1 foot. If someone comes across it and has a reader, they might get some data, but that's acceptable. I'm concerned about a long range signal over 5, 10, 25 and 100 feet. He covers it completely. What most people don't know is that these passports can be read across the street using highly sensitive receivers. They think it only extends 1 foot or so. This is not entirely true. So if you have a credit card, passport or other device that uses RFID signals, you should consider such a medium.
