I got one for myself, and then I set the size of the water portions on one button for myself, and on the other button for my wife. My wife likes to push the horn all the way to the full position, while I prefer the weaker setting and make lattes most of the time. I just recently presented my parents with a DeLonghi 332022, and after I did so, I was struck by how exquisite my coffee maker is, in contrast to how difficult 33 is to use. All aspects of the 685, including its compactness, assembly, foam quality, and cappuccinatore work, have been significantly improved. I have a deep sense of remorse that my parents did not make the same purchase.
