The ease of using this tool for client surveys, reporting back to clients or partners at any given time was great! This product can be used by anyone who has basic skills in programming languages like Python/Javascript etc., which we have with our team as well! I would say that there isn't much dislike here but it could help if you want more customization options than what comes out-of -the box? We are solving problems such how do customers get customer service info when they comment via social media platforms (Facebook /Twitter)?
