Guidelines for use of these products in general health care offices require UL-1363 marking. If they were hospital grade, they would have to be UL 1363a marked. This product is NOT listed on the device, only on the box of 2. To make matters worse, there is no correlation between model numbers. They would not have passed the review by the Joint Commission or the Ministry of Health. This is a distortion.
