Very smooth drawer and full drawers can be pulled out with one finger. I needed something to tidy up my small bedside table. but it was so much deeper that it could even hold thick duct tape, hand cream and my bedtime snacks (secretly). The bottom drawer contains my spare chrome book. The top of each drawer leaves room for a cord, so I put my phone away while I charge it overnight. Very spacious! I put a night light on the dresser. My fat cats walk on it all the time, but the mesh is strong.
