The best part of this software was that it could be used for all three segments i.e., automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial. It helped to reduce time taken by our organization while managing product data as well as data from other departments like engineering, sales etc. I would say one thing which I didn't liked about this tool is that sometimes we had issues with connectivity when working remotely. This has been resolved now but still I feel there should have been some more features added into the system so that it can be made better. We were able to manage the product information efficiently using PDM Builder.
