Finally! I was dying I tried the gel ankle pads. it helped, but not in the way I needed/wanted. I rode the pad for half a day until the pain got too bad. Decided to try the donut. MY GOD! I was the answer to my problem. I put it on my ankle and it did the magic it did. It hit (covered) the spot. I still don't know where the pressure point is in the boot (have tried melting/shaping the boot with a heat gun many times), but now I don't care. "Donut" saved my new skates from the trash.
