Years ago I used rechargeable batteries and the charger annoyed me and it was never clear if the battery was good or not or charging. So I gave up. But now I have many battery powered products, especially for the holidays. This charger gave me my confidence back with its simplicity and versatility. It handles both AA and AAA and the two can be mixed and matched. The charger is small and light and now easily fits in my battery box.
