The light is a nice colour, not too white but much better than the yellow hue of the bulb it replaces. The clothes look like real paint. Easy to install. I had the same issues as some others in the old house with thicker plasterboard ceilings and holes that may not have lined up properly. The edge of the world as a wide area to cover the switch box. I simply drilled 2 small holes where the plaster was underneath and attached them with 2 white drywall screws. Since the light weight is next to nothing and you don't pull on it like a chain, it holds securely and looks great. Not that people go into my house and look at the tops of my closets. A simple solution when the holes don't line up with the electrical box. I will buy 2 more and will install this way, total install time may be 5-10 minutes.
