I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 mainly because of the price. These pads and the corresponding granules are not only very expensive, but they are also excellent at keeping the bowl clean and significantly reducing odors. My cats got used to the box very quickly and had no problems with it. I have two cats that pee like it's their job so pads only last 4-5 days so a 4 pack only lasts 20 days. If you have the money to afford this system, it's pretty good. Besides lowering the price, I also recommend finding an easier way to remove dirty pads, since taking out the entire tray and throwing it in the trash doesn't work as well.
