CubePro is the best small iOptron mount. It has dual ball bearings and a set of aluminum and brass worm gears on both the azimuth and vertical axes that no other inexpensive mount has. All important parts are made of die-cast aluminum or steel. The mount's weight rating is listed as 12 pounds (at least when I bought mine). The largest telescope I've used is the SkyWatcher 120mm f5 refractor, a very large telescope for the size of the mount, but the CubePro handled it with absolutely no problem. I have since downsized to a 72mm f6 ED refractor which I feel is a perfect match as it is as portable as the mount itself. I use the mount solely for astrophotography and I have to say it is superb . I have photographed the galaxy, M33 and the triplet Leo, where all three galaxies are in the same field, showing minute details better than many people who have invested much more money in equipment. You can take a mount with you for transportation. set up in seconds and almost as quickly. In a remote location, I can mount a mount and accurately track any celestial body in just a few minutes. I also found it very reliable, it didn't cause me any problems as it was new. The bottom line is that I would buy one again at any time or recommend it to my friends.
