The dashboard is really cool. It's a bit confusing to get to the different pages/forms/features, but it's definitely customizable. Reporting is a little hard to manage/create and some of the options are limited. Good program for those looking for a great HR software. We're able to use a more modern system, and have saved time because of it. It's been able to help us keep up with the state and need of employees. The ease to use interface as well having an excellent customer support team makes it stand out among other similar apps I have used before! Nothing much at this point but would love for them add more features which are not easy or time consuming (like adding social media login) when using their app through our phone lines/tablets etc.
