Review on 📱 Enhanced StyleFolio Case for iPad Mini/2/3 - Black/Slate Grey (Not Compatible with iPad mini 4) by Brian Summers

I don't usually write reviews but I think this case, the company and their customer service deserve a good review. I have had several Speck iPhone cases and love them all. They are durable, attractive and protect phones well. Last December I made the decision to get an iPad Mini and chose the Speck StyleFolio case based on the reviews and my personal experience with iPhone cases. The cover turned out great. It does everything it says on the tin and protects my iPhone really well. He fell off the coffee table a couple of times, all was good. the case was ok and the tablet was ok. I can't say enough good things about this case. I was at the doctor's office last week trying to keep myself busy while waiting and I noticed that the corner of the case had a sharp edge. When I took a closer look, I noticed that it had a crack. I checked out the bacon website and decided to apply as it was within the 1 year warranty. I sent it with photos and a day later I received an email confirming receipt. It was 9/13/17. They help, they have forwarded it to the warranty department and I will get an email in 3-5 days. Ok here it is 2 days later and what I find in my inbox is a brand new case. I was shocked. I never made any claims to them so I didn't even know if they would be accepted but all I can say is WOW what a great service. What a great company, what a great product and what a great service!
