Review on Dorman 931 636 Door Actuator Motor by Mark Lodge

When my drivers door was unlocked but all other locks were locked when I pressed the lock button on my remote. While I could lock my door manually, losing the ability to use the remote to lock ALL of your doors is a pain once you get used to this type of technology. Realizing something was wrong and knowing a little about auto repair, I searched for "door lock actuators" for my truck and only found complete door brackets/lock assemblies. When I realized they are the same, I ordered one. Installed the same day, everything was much easier than expected. Make sure you have the right screwdriver and the right size Torx bit before you start your adventure. Instructions came with my block, but it's just as easy to look at the old block when replacing it.
