I didn't know that many cell phones, which are not necessarily too old, don't have a video output. I was disappointed to find that this monitor only works with my Macbook and not my tablet and Android phones. AYY service was helpful. They answered my letter and sent an adapter to connect this monitor to iPhones. I tried this morning. I am pleased to report that this monitor fits my iPhone XR. I rated the product 5 out of 5. My experience tells me. Some mobile phones do not have a video output. The problem cannot be solved by purchasing an expensive adapter that is advertised and supposed to work for this purpose. I'm glad I didn't contact Revain for a refund.
