I've wanted a stand mixer for so long. I'm really trying to make this work for me. But so far a total disappointment. Nozzles do not reach the walls or bottom of the bowl. I had to turn it on the second highest speed to beat the softened butter with the sugar and eggs and it still came out lumpy. The fender doesn't fit properly and I can't fully close the top with it. So I can't use the fender. The bodice is voluminous; and I can't watch the ingredients mix because there's only a small gap between the lid and the rim of the bowl. But even this does not mean that the nozzles move through space. They only revolve around the center. This forces me to constantly lift the bulky lid to reveal the sides and bottom of the bowl. I am considering returning this blender. After several unsuccessful attempts to use all of this, I'm convinced that it's not a lack of experience on my part, but rather poor quality.
