Excellent customer service

I originally gave this product a low rating because it stopped working after just a month. Let's see if the replacement is better. Upgrade for excellent customer service. They responded quickly and delivered the new item to me quickly and easily. It's not always the seller's fault that a product is faulty, but receiving good customer service will contribute to higher ratings.
