Although Mac computers are technically supported, printing just one label requires an incredible amount of extra steps and effort. It DOES NOT SUPPORT USPS shipping labels, it DOES NOT print RELIABLE labels from PayPal, and most of the time you have to import what you want to print into Adobe Photoshop, adjust the image through trial and error, and then output dozens of labels before you print one Received a label that you can use. Installation is cumbersome and the instructions are outdated and require downloading an app from the Apple App Store that apparently no longer exists. The Apple MacOS App Store does not have the Brother iPrint & Label app and the Brother iPrint & Scan app does not work with this model. You can eventually find the driver software on the Brother website, but the actual software used is also clunky, outdated, and has instructions that contradict how the Mac printer actually works. Ultimately, the only reliable way to connect to a printer is with a USB cable, making buying a 'wireless' printer completely pointless. This piece of junk might work on a Windows computer, but if you're using a Macbook laptop or iMac desktop, you'll regret it.
