Great feature set for building campaigns, tracking customer interactions and the email editor helps keep me organized as I develop emails. The ability to save templates in groups within campaigns has helped streamline my workflows for multiple clients. The drag/drop feature of the editor is very helpful. It would be great if there was an option to view all emails in one pane instead of having to navigate back and forth between tabs. Some customers have been given bad experiences when it comes to communicating with Experiture support. This can sometimes lead to delays or inability to resolve the issue altogether when trying to get a resolution from Experiture. We use Experiture primarily (although not exclusively) for our A/B testing capabilities and the ability to capture custom data points about visitors. The ability for us as an agency to be able to manage our clients campaigns all in one place was amazing! It has allowed my team of 10 people at this time I am managing over 100 accounts with many different companies/products within each account. There are some things we wish were easier but they have been working hard towards making it easy so far which makes me feel confident about their commitment. We love how simple everything can get when you use experiemental tools like theirs!!
