Works shipping is a nightmare
We have a UV system for our well water. It's easy to install the new bulb every year. That is if you get it in one piece. The first one showed up in 100 pieces. They sent us a new one of course and it was fine then.Beware it may take a few tries to get an in tact bulb, they are fragile. It's probably mostly UPS's fault, who knows.
- Went right into unit with out any issues.
- This arrived broken. Judging by the reviews, this happens often.
