ITEM: 60th Anniversary Jewelry Set. The set was intended for a friend's 60th birthday celebration. It had almost everything I needed. I don't usually sit on the decorating committee, but luckily one of my friends was there. Be sure to rent a helium balloon or buy a disposable balloon if you want the balloons to fly. Mylar balloons use more helium. Between the latex and mylar balloons, both disposal tanks were used empty. About 20-30 balls per tank. Be sure to have help so that one or two people can tie the balloons and cut the ribbon one at a time. Be sure to buy balloon weights. I'm new again. Regular party organizers and/or party planners know this.
