I own a lot of ninja/shark products. Everything from our vacuum to our air frier, and their pots and pans. So when I saw this knife set I didn't even hesitate. The quality is superb, they're sharp and well-crafted. We are a family of six, so chopping in the kitchen is a multiple times per day thing. We've had them over a month and I've tried dulling them down some because they are just way way sharp and don't seem to lose sharpness very easily at all. I can't imagine needing to sharpen them often and I bet they'll last quite a while. You really can't go wrong with Ninja products, and that's no different with these knives.
