Honestly one of the easiest chairs I have ever had to put together, and everyone that comes over tries to steal it from me. It's comfortable and I have fallen asleep in it plenty of times with my dog in my lap. As far as durability goes it's amazing as well, my dog is constantly putting paws on it and clawing her way up to me because she thinks she's a lap dog, I have yet to see any tears or scratches. The massagers, sadly I had to unplug it for multiple reasons, the vibrations were causing problems for the down stairs neighbor and isn't really a massager, just feels like an oversized rumble pack from an Xbox controller, and my only other gripe is the cup holder isn't deep enough, I think it's only like 3in deep and any cup gets knocked over when turning. Other than that though solid product glad I bit the bullet and bought it after staring at for almost a year.
