Review on LeeKooLuu Wireless Observation Motorhome Waterproof by Kendro Givens

I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought and installed a backup camera for our new RV and a backup camera for my truck. Very easy installation. The video signal from the back of the RV which is 40 feet from the receiver was weak so I contacted support and told them about my issues. The company sent me 2 long range antennas free of charge. New antennas came in 2 days. The signal has improved, but still not much. The customer emailed me asking if the issue was resolved. I said no but the quality was good enough to get the job done but the video signal was still not excellent. LeeKooLuu never stopped getting it right. The service said they would send a completely new device on Friday. I found a brand new system in the mail yesterday. I installed a new system and now the cameras are working as intended. I give this product and company 5 stars not only for the great camera system but also for the great customer service. LeeKooLuu's customer service didn't stop there. They initiated every conversation. Rarely in a world where we typically have to call companies back, has this company taken customer service to a whole new, refreshing level. Thank you LeeKooLuu!
