Review on Adidas 🏃 Solar Vision Running Footwear by Sean Maile

3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. Recommended with reservations. These are probably the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn. It feels like walking barefoot and there is plenty of room in the toe box for comfort - not too big and not too small. The heel does not rub, inside the shoes are well worn. I was going to use them for running but decided to just keep them as hiking shoes. Despite the great fit, I am VERY disappointed with the tread wear. I've worn them a maximum of 20 times, each time in less than 2 hours, but the tread on the bottom is almost completely worn out. Given that they are fitted with Continental tires this is unacceptable. I've had several Continentals and they've never worn out so quickly. I have never seen shoes worn like they were at that time. It's so disappointing given the price. Really not worth what I paid for them. The only other complaint I have about them is that they are warm. You don't breathe well, so your feet sweat profusely. Surprisingly, it doesn't cause any odor, at least not for me.
