Review on BLUETTI SP120 Solar Panel - 120W for AC200P/EB70/AC50S/EB150/EB240 Solar Generator, Portable Foldable Panel for Camping, Vanlife, Off-Grid Power by Mark Jefferson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The fastest way to charge.

I doubted the purchase, but in direct sunlight it charges faster than from an outlet. The socket charges with approx. 87 watts. In direct sunlight, it charges with 98 watts. Now that the cloud is over it will drop in the 30's. Also, it needs to be moved about every hour to have the best angle in the sunlight. If you don't, it will tumble into the 80s. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the footpegs are a little flimsy. You need all 4 for it to hold up, and with 4 panels it can be something of a maneuvering zoo. If you don't hold him properly, the posts will recline and catch on the Velcro, making him want to fall. Velcro fasteners are great and are rarely needed as they are not visible when folded. You can eliminate Velcro entirely and it works better and is cheaper to manufacture.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • There are nuances
