I've just bought a KMOUK 2.1 soundbar and am very happy so far. I bought it at a great price ($64 off) and it definitely outperforms my old soundbar. , the HDMI connection allows me to control the volume and power with the Hisense Roku TV remote. With the TV speakers turned off, the 4 midrange drivers sound good and the 2 subwoofers really round out the sound. Bass doesn't boom like a freestanding subwoofer but adds some much-needed bass (especially in movies etc). The 2 subwoofers face down and almost touch the glass base on my TV stand/stand so I raised them by about 1 inch by placing some support pieces. underfoot and it worked fine. It has adjustable bass and treble, which is useful (maximum bass at +4 and treble at +1). With these settings, the cinema mode seems to be the best for my setup. Not true surround sound but gives the feel of it. Fills the room beautifully. The LED can also be switched off. Are there better sound bars? Of course there is, but for what you get in this soundbar for the price, I think it's a great buy. Update: I noticed that the price has already gone up since I bought it (now $94). Still not bad, but hopefully you'll all be able to see it on sale again in the future.
