I like that it is easy to use, and you can set up your own rules for what types of posts will be reviewed and which ones won't. It's also very simple to add new products or services as they are released by companies. Sometimes there isn't enough options when creating an account - sometimes it says "you have no accounts" if you don't create one at first. Also, some people may not realize this but it will only give them 1 rating per product/service (or category) so you cannot rate multiple items in one post because then it'll just count those separately instead of giving each item its own rating. This makes it difficult to get accurate reviews. We're using it to help our clients write their own reviews about us, and we've been able to see how many times something has been posted online versus actually being written by someone.
