I bought these because my good die cutter (40 years old, a thousand holes) broke midway through the project and they were available immediately. I wasn't expecting much at this price and wasn't surprised. The hits are not very sharp and the taper is too steep. In thick material, the hole is much wider near the surface. Most percussions have a slight taper but are almost blunt instruments. Hole sizes are also approximate. The punches weren't the same either. One was knurled differently than the other eleven, and the other was unfinished at the taper. In addition, the stamp heads were irregularly shaped and not flat and smooth. Pros, they really lack that. They work if you hit them hard enough. However, I have to admit that at this price they are worth what I paid for them, but hardly!
