Great but tediously good for adhesives, sealants and lubricants

Be very careful and study carefully. Thin the grout no more than 1/4 inch thick in 6 hour intervals. And faster, and you defiantly take on a bigger job or abandon your project. Keep the room temperature at 75 degrees (plus 3 minus 1), do not let the room temperature change quickly. Stir slowly for a while, make sure everything is mixed well, don't use a drill (it will add more bubbles) An example of good and bad pouring. Good: Rock hard 6-8 hours after last watering. Bad: Sticky and sticky a few days after watering. . Multiple pours with insufficient cure time or lower room temperature, first 1/4" thick pour after 6 hours, next 1/4" thick pour after 4 hours, third 5/16" thick pour. The last fill dries quickly, which leads to this results in middle fill not drying at all, potentially mixing layers resulting in a softer gel on top Bad: Pour 2" thick. Take a fire extinguisher and hope nothing catches fire. Final product dries in 30 minutes to an hour, not 24 hours. Cracks all over the place as it dries. Imagine throwing molten glass into the freezer, which is in the ice tray. The glass sticks to the tray and breaks as everything cools/ shrinks.

Pros
  • EXPECT A SMOOTH SURFACE: Nobody likes imperfect surfaces when covering countertops. Do not worry! Our 2-part clear epoxy creates a durable, self-leveling surface that is free of craters, creep and fisheye.
Cons
  • Very expensive
