I received the goods quickly, but I would like to give some advice to women among you who have an hourglass shape like me. I bought the small based on the size chart because my waist is 26.5-28 (depending on TOM) but my hips are 36.5-37 inches. I am 5ft tall but even with my natural waist the corset is not long enough to wrap around the area where I need it. My back pain is very minor (L5 and tailbone) so I have to carry it on my hips to get relief. It was snug at such a low waist, but I didn't feel relieved wearing it at my natural waist. The company is wonderful and allows me to come back for the right size. I will update my review when I receive it. If you have the same figure as me, size up to fit comfortably around your hips.
