Was on the larger end of the size chart, had to return it for a size up. If you are on the higher end, buy a size up or it will be uncomfortably tight. I love the style and it works very well.

Very good lumbar support. I wish it was a little longer to support more footprint but it does a really good job with the pinched sciatica I'm experiencing. Worn for a week and it helped me recover so I could go back to work and walking. I carry it very close to me wherever I go. A very well made product at a great price. This one will last me a long time judging by the design, like my last one. I had the last one for almost 20 years. Just worn out.
