These shoes are true to size, for me anyway. I struggle to find normal shoes that fit well.These are comfortable, easy to get on and off, and cleats fit nicely. I've wore them on a handful of 25 mile rides and they have been comfortable. No complaints there.This is the first pair of bike shoes I've ever owned and my one complaint is that they are difficult to walk in and slippery on some floors and pavement. If my wife and I ride somewhere and we want to stop for something, I find that I take these off to get around. I was being cheap when I bought them, not wanting to put a lot of money into something I might not have liked. In hindsight, I would look for a pair that has the cleats recessed into the shoe.It's not the fault of these shoes. I am happy with them, but just saying.
