The software allows me see what my employees are doing at any given time as well as keep track all activity for each employee which helps with keeping everything organized in one place! I don't like that it can sometimes be difficult or confusing when viewing reports because there may not always make sense but this could just have been an issue while learning how things work. It's helpful having access from anywhere so you never know where your staff might need help if they get into trouble out in public places such as restaurants etc..
