Levi have been around for a long time and have a history of making quality items. Recently, however, they seem to be moving away from those tried and true roots in favor of cheaper products, like this pair of shoes. However, fair price and nice shoes are a problem. I wore them twice before realizing the elastic was separating from the sole of the shoe. It was at every point of the shoe's flex, and one spot in particular felt overdone. This is the first pair of these shoes I've bought so I wasn't too familiar with the shoes. However, this turned out to be a quality issue so I asked for the shoes to be returned as defective. The Nashville warehouse processed the refund quickly and didn't cause me any problems. Also, Revain replied to me that if the third party refuses, they will consider a refund. So in general, although the shoes did not meet my quality expectations, the overall impression was fair and satisfactory.
