Actually I've already bought two of these. The second time was literally pure coincidence, it actually sat in my closet for 1 1/2 years before I decided to open and use it. When I opened the box for the second one and realized what I had bought I was very disappointed but perhaps was hoping for a better experience. So I started putting everything together and got to the wall mount part. As previously mentioned, these screws are absolutely awful. I actually had to destroy the first one I had along with a large part of the wall of my apartment as two screws came loose trying to remove it. I literally had to dig into the wall to take the shelf off, not after breaking the plastic piece to even get to that area. Maybe it would be better with better screws but for something that can be fixed that's a big deal! I give it 2 stars because it looks good and while it works well the quality is a bit poor. I recommend finding something better since I don't have $20 and another hole in the wall from a blown screw in my new apartment. Luckily I should be able to patch the wall but now I'm actually paying extra for the damage caused by this product.
